PLEASE NOTE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS MILL TREAT BUFFING WHEEL AND THE ORANGE CLEAR DIPPED WHEELS ABOVE. THIS BUFFING WHEEL IS A MEDIUM TO HEAVY CUTTING #4 MILL-TREATED CLOTH FOR ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS STEEL. 

This buffing wheel is a high density buff. A high density pack refers to the buffing wheels being constructed with a larger amount of fabric. This provides superior life but can also produce a slightly stronger cut, which is why you’ll commonly see this type of construction only on the buffing wheels used for an initial or secondary cut.
